Dear Prospective Tenant,

We are pleased to enclose some general information regarding the historic Rosenstock property in EIIicott City that will be available for tenant fit out June 2002 and ready for occupancy by October 2002. We are excited to be rebuilding this property from the ground up after the terrible fire of November 1999. We hope that you might look forward to adding to Ellicott City’s charming atmosphere by locating here.

As you can see from the rendition, the building will add to the historic character of Ellicott City and can offer some exciting opportunities for both the tenant and those that frequent Ellicott City. The restoration will have a modern interior, with an elevator, and has been designed to incorporate many features from the exterior of the original nineteenth century building.

For over 225 years Ellicott City has welcomed visitors warmly, whether it's taking a walk along Main Street, visiting one of the enticing restaurants, shopping in one of the many quaint stores, or visiting the Ellicott City Railroad Museum.  We have enclosed some literature regarding Historic Ellicott City which we are sure will be of interest to you. We would welcome your visit so that you can appreciate the City's beautiful scenery, friendly shopkeepers and fine restaurants.

  Sincerely,

Jesse Krauch, Property Manager
